Responsibilities

• Perform medical and administrative analysis of received information according to established protocols to ensure diagnostic consistency with policy conditions.
• Supervise auxiliary services for insured members (outpatient services) or supplies related to previously authorized treatments.
• Record all issued medical assessments in logs to ensure area performance indicators remain up to date.
• Provide timely and high-quality medical determinations to contribute to company profitability and claim authorization accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine (Titulado).
• Valid medical license (Cédula médica).
• English language certification (CELE, TOEIC, IELTS, or TOEFL).
• Proven experience in medical assessment processes (Dictamen).
• Experience working with General Medical Expenses (GMM) policy conditions.
