Responsibilities

• Follow up on GMM (Gastos Médicos Mayores) claims processes for assigned intermediaries and clients to ensure timely responses.
• Ensure service accuracy by reviewing medical records and aligning them with the contracted service conditions and medical conditions.
• Register and complete medical assessment results in control dashboards to monitor the behavior and trends of assigned clients and intermediaries.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine (Titulado).
• Proven experience in medical assessment (Dictamen Médico) and interpretation of results.
• Strong knowledge of GMM general conditions.
• Experience in customer service and client attention.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in GMM Insurance.
• Completed courses in Administration.
