About the role
Responsibilities
- Control and generate hospital reviews through expense management protocols to ensure compliance with agreed hospital agreements
- Detect cost overruns, potential fraud, and/or improper expenses to mitigate improper payments
- Negotiate medical care for cases where responsibility must be assumed under policies from other branches
- Design treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians for prolonged stays to mitigate hospital stay costs
- Ensure the integration of internal files to guarantee proper customer service
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine (Titulado)
- Experience in the GMM (Gastos Médicos Mayores) insurance sector
- Knowledge of hospital internal processes and medical areas
- Ability to work onsite at Hospital Médica Sur
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in administrative processes
