Responsibilities

• Control and generate hospital reviews through expense management protocols to ensure compliance with agreed hospital agreements
• Detect cost overruns, potential fraud, and/or improper expenses to mitigate unjustified payments
• Negotiate medical care for cases involving responsibility derived from other policy branches
• Design treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians for prolonged stays to mitigate hospital stay costs
• Ensure the integration of internal files to guarantee proper customer service

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine (Titulado)
• Experience in the GMM (Gastos Médicos Mayores) insurance sector
• Knowledge of hospital internal processes and medical areas
• Experience as a medical examiner or in health services

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in administrative processes

Benefits

• Monthly gross salary of $24,425.00
