Responsibilities

• Provide home-based medical consultations for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute or chronic medical conditions of mild to moderate severity.
• Perform physical examinations at the patient's home to provide care where emergency room visits are unnecessary but physical presence is essential.
• Utilize digital health platforms to manage patient care and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered healthcare.

Requirements

• Medical degree (General Practitioners, Family Medicine residents, or Specialists).
• Clinical autonomy and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Flexibility to work on-call or in shifts.
• Ability to operate within the Aveiro district.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home-based medical consultations.
• Proficiency in languages other than Portuguese.
• Immediate availability to start.
