Medication trained and certified, 2+ years experience passing medications in residential or healthcare setting, High School diploma or better
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to participants in a 16-bed Transitional Housing Program
- Oversee medication administration during assigned shifts
- Complete accurate medical documentation
- Manage programmatic medical supplies and external provider visits
- Coordinate with an NFI registered nurse for medication administration oversight
- Transport participants to medical appointments and schedule future visits
Requirements
- Medication trained and certified
- At least 2 years of experience passing medications in a residential or healthcare setting
- High School diploma or better
- Ability to travel for occasional trainings, meetings, and participant appointments
