About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide medication reminders and assistance according to state regulations
  • Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines
  • Order and receive medications and coordinate with pharmacy
  • Maintain resident records in digital platform daily, including distribution and observations
  • Perform regular room visits and safety checks
  • Monitor resident safety and well-being, communicating changes to health leadership
  • Audit resident rooms for medication compliance
  • Assist with resident care as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Medication certification as required by state guidelines
  • Successful completion of ESL medication competency
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
