Medical Technology Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective processes for the purchase, replacement, and decommissioning of medical technology equipment
• Responsible for structured and preventive maintenance work
• Collaborate with and follow up on external suppliers and service partners
• Ensure effective processes for error reporting, repair, and follow-up
• Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with MDR and other relevant regulations
• Work closely with operations to understand needs and drive improvements
• Contribute to the development of the field as medical technology and IT become increasingly integrated

Requirements

• Experience working within medical technology or a related field
• Good understanding of processes related to equipment lifecycle management
• Experience in supplier management and collaboration with external parties
• Knowledge of MDR and relevant regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical technology systems (e.g., Medusa or similar)
• Understanding of the connection between medical technology and IT
• Experience from healthcare, social care, or other mission-critical environments
