Medical-Technical Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technical relationships with healthcare professionals, including pulmonologists and hospital services
• Provide technical training to healthcare professionals and medical interns on the use of medical devices
• Train patients and their families on the proper use, maintenance, and safety instructions for prescribed equipment
• Ensure patient follow-up through regular control visits, equipment revisions, and monitoring treatment adherence
• Coordinate home care interventions for complex patient cases requiring additional services
• Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery slips, medical prescriptions, and intervention traceability
• Provide regular reporting on activities and patient status using internal tools and CRM

Requirements

• Proven ability to work autonomously and organize schedules effectively between professional visits and patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both medical experts and patients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Tech-savviness with mastery of standard office tools
• Experience or proficiency in using CRM software for activity tracking and performance management
• High level of reliability, reactivity, and commitment to patient care
