About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage physical and telephone reception for patients
- Provide information to patients and medical correspondents
- Handle registration of patient files and test results
- Manage teletransmissions
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical analysis laboratory is preferred
- Up-to-date DT Polio vaccination certificate
- Strong sense of rigor, adaptability, and welcoming attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of HEXALIS software is a plus
