Responsibilities

• Provide professional, benevolent, and reassuring physical and telephone reception for patients
• Inform and guide patients throughout their care journey
• Plan consultations, examinations, and hospitalizations
• Manage appointment scheduling, summons, and follow-ups
• Create, monitor, and update patient files
• Draft medical reports while respecting confidentiality rules
• Handle medical and administrative correspondence, emails, and documents
• Coordinate communication between doctors, nurses, and support services (billing, administration)
• Optimize internal and external communication flows

Requirements

• Diploma in medical or medico-social secretarial work or equivalent
• Excellent mastery of office tools and medical management software
• Strong knowledge of medical vocabulary
• Impeccable spelling and syntax
• Mastery of confidentiality rules and medical secrecy
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and reliability
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient service orientation
