Medical Screener

Responsibilities

• Perform plasma donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations
• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring a safe environment
• Record donor vital signs and finger stick results accurately
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare charts and maintain records
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist with center process improvements
• Maintain high standards of customer service and quality for all donors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for the entire shift
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception
• Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role
