Medical Scientist Associate (MSL)

Responsibilities

• Engage with hematology/oncology thought leaders and healthcare professionals to drive scientific leadership in CAR-T and cell therapy.
• Act as a strategic scientific partner by contributing to the development and execution of local medical strategies in Brazil.
• Build and execute stakeholder engagement plans, including mapping and segmenting national and regional opinion leaders.
• Support evidence generation strategies by contributing to clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and real-world evidence initiatives.
• Translate complex clinical data into meaningful insights to inform medical planning and cross-functional decision-making.
• Deliver high-impact scientific presentations and lead medical events such as advisory boards and consultant meetings.
• Support the optimization of the patient journey, from referral to treatment and long-term follow-up.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as MD, PharmD, or PhD.
• Significant clinical or research experience in hematology or oncology.
• Prior industry experience, preferably involving oncology or hematology product launches.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Ability to travel frequently within Brazil and internationally, including occasional weekend travel.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
