Medical Science Liaison - Vaccines

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific education on the clinical impact of Pfizer medicines to inform customer decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
• Deliver objective and scientifically sound medical information through educational programs and scientific collaborations.
• Identify and engage with key customers to build strategic medical partnerships and execute customer-specific projects.
• Share customer insights internally to identify opportunities for improving patient care and advancing quality of care.
• Manage a high volume of field-based projects, prioritizing tasks and demonstrating excellent judgment.
• Communicate complex scientific information effectively across multiple channels, including live and virtual presentations.
• Support the Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process and maintain expertise in the latest congress data and disease state literature.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional working relationships within local and global Pfizer organizations.

Requirements

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Medical, Commercial, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry codes, policies, and local regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey large amounts of scientific data clearly.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to adopt new digital technologies and manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the relevant Therapeutic Area.
