Medical Science Liaison

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong, trust-based scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other relevant external stakeholders.
• Implement scientific engagement plans aligned with the therapeutic area's medical strategy.
• Manage the segmentation and categorization of external stakeholders based on objective scientific criteria.
• Plan, execute, and report field interactions using established tools and procedures.
• Prospect, organize, and conduct scientific events such as MSL Roundtables, group presentations, Expert Panels, and Advisory Boards.
• Support local or global clinical study projects by collaborating with investigators, CROs, and Clinical Operations teams.
• Capture and share scientific insights to support medical, brand, and business development strategies.
• Act as a scientific reference for the therapeutic area for sales forces and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities and communications comply with regulatory standards, SOPs, and internal company policies.

Requirements

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedicine, Nursing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Medical Affairs or in an MSL role.
• At least 2 years of experience in the function or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of sanitary regulations, compliance, pharmacovigilance, and clinical research.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in the local language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong capacity for scientific relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree, specialization, Master's, or PhD in health or science fields.
