Medical Science Liaison Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish scientific leadership by developing and enhancing professional relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver medical education and clinical support to medical professionals and provide training to internal sales teams.
• Proactively identify and engage with scientific leaders to collaborate on medico-marketing activities and advisory boards.
• Act as a scientific expert in the inhaled therapeutic area, providing updates on clinical data and responding to unsolicited medical queries.
• Support internal stakeholders by providing insights into the local medical community, clinical practices, and competitor trends.
• Contribute to the development of medical and brand strategies and assist with formulary listing processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical legislation, company codes of conduct, and ethical interaction policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or currently working towards a professional qualification.
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Direct experience in a field medical liaison role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external partners.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation relevant to sales and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD).
• Deep understanding of multiple aspects of Medical Liaison functions.
• Experience in project and team management.
