Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison – Hematology/Oncology

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert in Hematology/Oncology, specifically focusing on Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL)
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare practitioners, and professional societies to facilitate scientific exchange
• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans and track long-term collaborative relationships within the assigned territory
• Maintain deep clinical and technical expertise in oncology standards of care and clinical protocols
• Conduct pre-launch KOL profiling and facilitate account profiling to understand patient care pathways
• Provide internal teams with medical insights and feedback gathered from field interactions
• Represent the company at medical meetings, congresses, and scientific booths
• Adhere to all corporate SOPs and regulatory guidelines governing scientific interactions

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, or NP/PA)
• For MSL: Minimum 2 years of MSL experience with at least 1 year in Oncology
• For Senior MSL: Minimum 5 years of Pharma experience and 3 years of Oncology experience
• Proven experience with product launches
• Ability to travel frequently (approximately 70%) including overnight stays
• Strong ability to interpret and present complex scientific data to healthcare professionals
