Medical Science Liaison - Oncology

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, and key stakeholders across the UAE
• Deliver evidence-based scientific presentations on oncology therapies
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely and compliant manner
• Identify and map KOLs and emerging experts across oncology centers
• Provide scientific support for formulary inclusion, tenders, and payer discussions
• Capture and analyze field insights on prescribing trends and competitive landscape
• Represent the company at congresses and scientific events
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE regulations and pharmacovigilance requirements

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or MSc Pharmacy preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Medical Affairs or MSL roles
• Essential experience in oncology (knowledge of Bone metastases/Bone Loss is a strong advantage)
• Essential UAE market experience
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel within the UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in biosimilars
• Exposure to tenders and formulary processes
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
