Medical Science Liaison Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including senior doctors, medical directors, and department heads.
• Present Dozee’s research, clinical evidence, and product efficacy to healthcare professionals in a compelling manner.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, emphasizing their role in enhancing patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Gather clinical feedback from KOLs and relay insights to internal R&D and product teams for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Dozee and the medical community to foster trust and support solution adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to align engagement strategies with organizational goals.
• Maintain detailed records of KOL interactions and prepare regular reports on engagement impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Medical Representative or in a similar clinical engagement role.
• Proven expertise in engaging healthcare professionals regarding research findings and medical trial data.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and hospital operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, typically 15+ days per month.
