Medical Science Liaison, Dermatology

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key scientific knowledge to enable credible dissemination of information to external experts (EEs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Provide scientific support and nurture professional relationships with external experts and academic centers.
• Deliver credible scientific presentations to HCPs, both individually and in group settings.
• Participate in and follow up on assigned investigator-initiated studies (IIS), clinical studies, and medical projects.
• Identify and participate in the selection process for qualified HCPs to engage in collaborative efforts such as advisory boards, congresses, and symposiums.
• Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences to develop summaries of key data presented.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) is required.
• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in the presentation and interpretation of scientific or clinical research publications.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
• Relevant background in Dermatology.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare industry.
