Medical Science Liaison – CVRM

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong local network of Key External Experts (KEEs) within the CVRM therapeutic area.
• Engage with KEEs using deep scientific expertise to foster discussions and share insights regarding AstraZeneca's products and compounds.
• Support clinical trials by identifying potential investigators for pre-clinical, clinical, and post-marketing studies.
• Deliver high-level medical science presentations at congresses, symposia, and scientific meetings.
• Act as a subject matter expert to educate external stakeholders on clinical solutions, diagnostic testing, and extended access programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create local engagement plans and provide medical science information to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with all external regulations, internal policies, and industry Codes of Conduct.

Requirements

• Master's Degree (second cycle degree) in pharmacy, medicine, or veterinary medicine.
• Proficiency in both the local language and English.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific, clinical, and therapeutic aspects related to CVRM (Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism).
• Experience in engaging with the medical community and building science-led advocacy.
