Medical Science Liaison - Cutaneous Oncology

Responsibilities

• Interact with healthcare providers and thought leaders to communicate and advance the scientific platform.
• Communicate complex scientific information and research concepts to HCPs.
• Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers.
• Identify and train members of the speakers’ bureau and ensure they are updated on new data.
• Respond to requests for investigator sponsored research (ISS) proposals and act as the primary point of contact.
• Support SUN sponsored research and provide field feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Respond to scientific inquiries in a compliant manner consistent with MSL standards.
• Foster scientific relationships between the company and Fellows in training.
• Lead or participate in committees and project teams that support MSL strategies.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Terminal degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, DO, DNP, or PhD).
• 1-3 years of clinical, research, and/or field medical experience.
• Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, FDA requirements, and PhRMA code.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 60-70%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
