Medical Science Liaison

Responsibilities

• Systematically identify and develop relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of neuropsychiatry and approved pipeline medications
• Provide fair and balanced scientific information to HCPs and internal business partners
• Deliver formal scientific presentations to HCPs and external stakeholders upon request
• Lead scientific discovery and communicate insights from peer-to-peer discussions
• Identify and translate territory needs to achieve clinical and business objectives
• Collaborate with internal partners to advance clinical and business goals
• Support company-sponsored trials and navigate investigator-initiated research proposals
• Document field activities and submit medical insights and expense reports

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, DO, APNP, or PhD) required
• Must reside within the Northeast Region (NY, NJ)
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays and weekends
• Ability to meet health industry personnel credentialing requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience
• Experience in neurology, neuroscience, Alzheimer’s Disease, or geriatric psychiatry
