Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Visit and perform detailing to Healthcare Professionals to develop and maintain strong relationships within the medical community
• Implement and manage sales and marketing activities to achieve KPI targets in accordance with company policy and QEHS
• Maintain up-to-date medical and product knowledge to ensure accurate delivery of product information
• Monitor competitor activities and product availability while coordinating with distributors to ensure marketing effectiveness
• Follow company compliance policies and assist in managing customer or medical complaints related to drug safety and product quality

Requirements

• D3 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) from a reputable university in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience as a medical sales representative, preferably handling ethical products in neuro, internist, pulmo, or urology
• Proven experience handling JKN and e-catalogue
• Familiarity with the Cirebon area
• Computer literacy and basic English proficiency
