Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote key ophthalmology products by detailing features, advantages, and unique selling points
• Achieve sales targets and distribution objectives for the assigned portfolio and channel
• Work closely with hospital stakeholders to secure product listings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
• Report on sales performance, business KPIs, and competitor activities
• Execute effective call reports and maintain high merchandising standards in retail outlets
• Ensure compliance with approved pharmaceutical practices and company standards

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, though a Degree is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
• Highly motivated with effective prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as a resourceful team player
