Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and purchasing departments
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for medical devices and pharmaceuticals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence using CRM software
• Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Proven track record in medical or pharmaceutical sales
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques
• Experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Valid work permit for Qatar
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
