About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit health specialists to present the product portfolio according to cycle priorities and segmentation objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with health specialists to ensure loyalty
- Analyze the territory to develop concrete action plans for each work center and specialist
- Organize differential actions to promote training and engagement with health professionals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance
- Visit influential pharmacies to ensure they are well-served and to gather market information
- Collaborate with other commercial teams to identify synergies
- Drive corporate initiatives within the health community, such as LoveISDIN and medical events
- Plan, control, and report daily activities
- Attend scientific and medical engagement events
