Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales growth within a specified geographical territory by educating physicians and hospital staff on product features and benefits
• Achieve assigned activity goals and sales targets as agreed with the reporting manager
• Conduct sales interviews, pre-call planning, and preparation to identify learning opportunities
• Promote and sell therapeutic products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals in the retail market
• Identify target customers and maintain accurate customer records within the territory
• Utilize CRM systems and Electronic Territory Management software to report daily calls and maintain updated records
• Organize and hold group events to optimize business while complying with local legislation
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market changes to the Line Manager
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and related procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct face-to-face presentations to customers
• Valid driver's license
