Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers in hospitals and clinics
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for medical devices and pharmaceuticals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
• Maintain accurate sales records and market intelligence using CRM software
• Attend medical conferences and networking events to expand customer base
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Analyze market data to optimize sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Proven track record in medical or pharmaceutical sales
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques
• Experience with CRM software
• Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Fluency in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Retail pharmacy sales
