Medical Sales Representative (Diabetes and Obesity) - Charleroi Region

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial activities for the current and future weight management portfolio in the Charleroi region
• Act as a trusted partner to general practitioners and other frontline healthcare professionals
• Promote and position the product portfolio within general medicine, including during new product launches
• Conduct high-quality scientific discussions with healthcare professionals to inspire better care solutions
• Proactively manage the assigned territory through effective planning and optimal coverage
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to share best practices and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Proven previous experience in medical sales or medical delegation
• Strong scientific proficiency and the ability to engage in technical exchanges with physicians
• Excellent territory management skills with a structured and proactive approach
• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to navigate multiple communication channels
• Fluency in French and a passive knowledge of English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate persuasively
