Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the assigned Phoenix territory to optimize sales and customer service
• Increase healthcare provider (HCP) understanding and advocacy for Florastor through product education and formal presentations
• Identify and develop new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Maintain ethical promotion standards within all regulatory guidelines
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and drive revenue acceleration within the gastrointestinal marketplace
• Utilize virtual meeting tools to continuously engage with customers and medical professionals
• Collaborate with internal team members, sales leadership, and KOLs to achieve territory goals

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 2-5 years of healthcare sales experience (e.g., pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical equipment, or laboratory sales)
• Proven ability to analyze, plan, and exceed sales goals
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to reside within the Phoenix, AZ territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling products and services to major accounts within a designated region
