About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit health specialists (APs, aesthetic doctors, dentists, etc.) to present the product portfolio according to cycle priorities and segmentation objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with health specialists to ensure loyalty.
- Analyze the territory to develop concrete action plans for each workplace and specialist.
- Organize differential actions to promote training and engagement with health professionals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Visit influential pharmacies to ensure they are well-served and to gather market information.
- Collaborate with other commercial teams to identify synergies.
- Drive corporate initiatives within the health community, such as LoveISDIN and medical engagement events.
- Plan, control, and report daily activities.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Proven commercial/sales experience.
- Residency in the Barcelona action area.
