Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and key decision-makers
• Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and promotional materials
• Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
