Medical Sales Product Promoter

Responsibilities

• Educate pharmacists both in-person and remotely on the laboratory's product portfolio
• Promote assigned product lines within retail pharmacy chains and EPS logistics operators
• Build and maintain effective professional relationships with the assigned pharmacy panel
• Monitor product stock and distribution to ensure supply meets generated demand
• Manage territory information and utilize management tools to track distribution
• Ensure sales targets and established territory indicators are met
• Adhere to all business ethics and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Technologist degree or currently enrolled student
• 1+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably with experience visiting retail pharmacy chains
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with CRM software is desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build empathetic relationships
• Results-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
• Must reside in Barranquilla with availability to travel to Valledupar
