Medical Responsible Nurse and Quality Developer

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations conduct safe and appropriate healthcare
• Support and guide managers in patient safety and quality work
• Responsible for Lex Maria investigations and reports to IVO
• Support operations in deviation management, risk analysis, and self-monitoring
• Develop, manage, and follow up on routines and guidelines within the healthcare field
• Plan and implement training and competency-enhancing measures
• Follow up and analyze quality and patient safety results
• Conduct internal audits and contribute to the development of quality and patient safety
• Monitor the external environment and implement new knowledge into improvements
• Support operations in systematic improvement work

Requirements

• Registered nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Experience working in healthcare, elderly care, or other relevant operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare legislation and patient safety issues
• Experience in quality and improvement work
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good IT skills and experience working in digital systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Medical Responsible Nurse (MAS)
• Leadership or management experience
• Experience with quality and environmental certified operations
• Project or process management experience
• Systematic improvement work experience
