Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to doctors and pharmacists within the assigned Brno region
• Promote pharmaceutical products in the fields of gastroenterology, cardiology, general practice, and ORL
• Provide professional medical information to specialist doctors, general practitioners, and pharmacists
• Organize seminars for medical professionals and participate in professional congresses
• Maintain existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Report field activities regularly using the internal CRM system
• Actively implement sales and marketing strategies
• Continuously improve professional and sales knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and reliability
• Business mindset and a passion for communicating with people
• High level of internal motivation and responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel for reporting
• Valid Category B driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales position within the pharmaceutical industry
• University degree in natural sciences
