Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets
• Manage daily client visits and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers
• Proactively develop new customers and maintain deep understanding of client needs
• Complete all work reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting findings to the District Manager
• Accurately communicate product information and execute company marketing activities
• Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant departments
• Assist the District Manager with training new representatives and conducting product knowledge sessions
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Proficiency in office software
• English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Strong verbal expression, communication, and coordination abilities
• Certification in high-level representation and RDPAC
