About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute smart territory plans for Córdoba, Jaén, and Ciudad Real to ensure optimal client coverage
- Deliver impactful, insight-driven product presentations to drive recommendations and prescriptions
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities for strengthening product positioning
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting to translate market insights into actionable sales plans
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed commercial objectives
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Essential experience in Ophthalmology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluency in Spanish
