Responsibilities
- Design and execute smart territory plans to ensure optimal coverage and frequency of target clients
- Deliver impactful, insight-driven product presentations to drive recommendations and prescriptions
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen product positioning
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting, translating market insights into actionable plans
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed commercial objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven experience working within the Cordoba territory
- Solid understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and compliance environment
- Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
