Medical Representative (MCR)

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets
• Manage daily client visits and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and identify new client needs
• Complete all work reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting findings to the District Manager
• Ensure accurate delivery of product information and strict adherence to company marketing activities
• Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant departments
• Assist the District Manager with training new representatives and conducting product knowledge sessions
• Maintain 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Associate degree or above; major in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Proficient in office software and computer applications
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong verbal communication and coordination skills
• Must have passed RDPAC certification and company high-level representative certification exams
