Medical Representative (MCR)

Responsibilities

• Execute market promotion strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage daily client visits and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers.
• Proactively develop new customers and maintain a deep understanding of client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely reports to the District Manager.
• Accurately deliver product information and complete all required work reports.
• Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant departments.
• Assist the District Manager with training new representatives and conducting product knowledge sessions.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above; a major in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proficiency in office software and computer applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong verbal expression, communication, and coordination skills.
• Must have passed company high-level representative certification and RDPAC certification exams.
