Responsibilities

• Increase sales and market share of products through effective territory management and sales execution
• Develop and implement territory, account, and call plans including goals and action plans
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare constituents including physicians, private hospitals, and pharmacies
• Develop and implement creative strategies for key accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Maintain a daily reporting system to communicate information regarding physicians and hospitals to the District Manager
• Manage allocated resources such as samples and promotional materials within regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy)
• 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Previous experience or relevant internships are a plus
