Medical Representative (ETC - Nutrition)

Responsibilities

• Drive impactful engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through one-on-one consultations to position Abbott as the preferred choice for clinical nutrition.
• Build and strengthen relationships with HCPs across assigned accounts to boost brand visibility and influence product recommendations.
• Gather market insights, including competitor activity and unmet needs, to develop targeted account plans that drive growth.
• Deliver compelling product detailing to equip HCPs with the latest scientific knowledge regarding Abbott’s nutrition portfolio.
• Address HCPs’ specific needs and objections with tailored messaging to gain commitment for product recommendations.
• Collaborate with patient groups and stakeholders to support educational initiatives and raise awareness among patients and caregivers.
• Track and report account performance against KPIs to ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset.
