Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed regional targets through rigorous and compliant product academic promotion
• Execute market strategies defined by the Marketing Manager
• Identify and collaborate with target HCPs within appropriate market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with key HCPs and understand their medical needs
• Maintain company requirements for visit frequency, knowledge level, capability, behavior, and personal image
• Provide feedback to direct supervisors regarding the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials
• Develop professional expertise through training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature
• Share knowledge and experience with team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related professional fields
• 3+ years of relevant experience
