Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue regarding approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
• Call upon specialist physicians and retail pharmacies to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Work with the Sales Manager to develop local strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals.
• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to the assigned territory.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and the distribution of samples.
• Successfully complete all required training, including product examinations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative.
• Proven success in building strong external and internal relationships.
• Effective communication, influencing, and collaborative networking skills.
• Self-starter mindset with confidence in personal presentation and sales ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Territory knowledge within the Philippines.
• Willingness to be assigned to various locations across the Philippines.
• Good English language capabilities.
