Medical Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned brands and products through hospital and pharmacy accounts
• Generate demand via medical visits to specialties such as gynecology and orthopedics
• Plan and execute regular physician visits using professional selling techniques
• Achieve coverage goals and meet target distribution levels
• Ensure product availability at POS level linked to clinics and hospitals
• Identify marketing opportunities and maintain up-to-date market analysis
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and update customer databases
• Conduct sales analysis reports and quarterly area presentations
• Manage company tools, samples, and premiums efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related subject
• Experience in Abu Dhabi private hospitals
• Strong background in Gynecology therapeutic area
• Proven hospital sales experience
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Sales and Marketing
