Responsibilities
- Organize medical record files and perform coding for diagnoses and medical procedures
- Ensure neat documentation to provide accurate information to relevant departments
- Process patient medical record statistical data for internal and external hospital reporting
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Medical Records
- Active STR (Registration Certificate)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
