Responsibilities

  • Lead product roadmap for the Science Table by researching STEM educational marketing and customer value propositions
  • Propose and evaluate designs of science simulation topics across biology, chemistry, and physics
  • Provide end user perspective and learning standard mapping at early design stages
  • Correspond with teachers regarding product adoption and obtain customer testimonials
  • Attend educational market tradeshows as the product champion to deliver vision and run workshops
  • Maintain up-to-date mapping of Science Table experiments onto national and state educational standards
  • Act as the internal company contact for development, customer support, marketing, and sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and value propositions
  • Collaborate with sales on customer feedback and use cases
  • Work with subject matter experts to create end user documentation and teacher guides

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, and lead employees
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Edtech industry related experience
