Medical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation of medical online CME training and courses for all specialties in the German-speaking region
• Assist in selecting suitable training topics and formats
• Conceptualize and prepare medical content using didactic methods
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned courses from project start to publication
• Coordinate and communicate intensively with internal teams (editorial, video production, design, marketing) and external partners

Requirements

• Completed degree in Human Medicine
• Native-level German language skills
• Very good English skills
• Organized, structured, and pragmatic working style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Work experience in a business environment
• Degree in Business Administration or Economics
• At least 1–3 years of clinical experience
