Responsibilities

• Demonstrate equipment capabilities and perform technical troubleshooting
• Provide high-quality support for medical products and services to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories
• Support client needs through effective communication and technical expertise
• Travel to various locations within Saudi Arabia and remote areas as required for business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Medical Laboratory Science major preferred)
• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally as a lab technician in hematology or histopathology
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities regarding medical equipment
• Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license
• Ability to travel for business purposes
